Oil paintings and knife paintings
I have always expressed myself through drawing, it is true that a good perspective sketch is worth a lot of speeches.
With a very busy career, I had little time to realize my lifelong dream: knowing how to draw and paint.
I finally decided in 1998 to take essential courses to get off to a good start. I joined Christophe Catherineau's "Côté Soleil" workshop. Following his advice, my technique with oil and knife asserts itself, the choice and mixing of colors becomes clearer, my palette takes shape.
I always paint from my photos, I tend towards the simplification of the line, the suggestion. There is almost always a space on my canvases that allows you to escape: the limit between the sky and the almost non-existent water, a path or a staircase that goes who knows where.
I use mixtures of shades which sometimes surprise, but in no case leave you indifferent. I am very satisfied with the visitors' comments, my creations are considered relaxing and serene: in fact my way of living... and of painting.
All works are unique: certificate of authenticity.
