Bêêle Nature

Our dairy ewes are of the Lacaune breed (from Mont Lacaune where they originate). All of our milk is processed on the farm. For their well-being, the ewes go out to pasture at the end of winter until the beginning of December, weather permitting.

Thus the milk evolves in taste according to the seasons. Its transformation produces typical and soft cheeses at the same time.
