A family farm located 12 km from Annecy, a vast empty hayloft, a desire to meet other people, the desire to share the love and knowledge of our region: Savoie...
And it was in 2004, the birth of a project to create four guest rooms … and the start of the work.
It remained to find a name, in memory of our elders and their language, we chose: “Lô Praz Condus” (The Hidden Meadows in Savoyard patois).
In July 2005, we were able to welcome our first guests.
In 2020, a new change of direction: we have decided to transform our guest rooms into a large gîte for 9 people: "Le Corti" (The Garden). Since then we are delighted to welcome large families, groups of friends for good times of sharing, holidays and discovery of the region.
