4 circuits to test this month
🍏 1. Les Vergers (Circuit 2 – Green / Very easy)
- Distance : 10,5 km
- Elevation : +100 m
- Duration : approximately 1 hours
- Start date : Vallières-sur-Fier
Perfect for a gentle start to the season. You'll ride through apple trees with views of the hillsides. An ideal route for families or leisurely Sunday mountain bikers. We love the "ride + local discovery" aspect 🌸.
Not to miss : the flowering of fruit trees, at this time of year it is magical.

🌲 2. Les Bois Ronds (Circuit 5 – Blue / Easy)
- Distance : 16 km
- Elevation : +260 m
- Duration : about 1h40
- Start date : Boussy.
A local classic, with everything we love about mountain biking: beautiful climbs, a technical descent, and a great section along the Chéran. It's the kind of loop that makes you say, "So, should we stop here... or should we keep going?"
Trick : perfect for a leisurely electrically assisted mountain bike ride, especially after a homemade picnic.

🔥 3. The Old Oven (Circuit 8 – Blue)
- Distance : 12 km
- Elevation : +290 m
- Duration 1h45
- Start date : Vaulx
A gentle loop, perfect for getting back in the saddle without pushing yourself too hard. The route takes you to Saint-Eusèbe by road, then along peaceful paths with superb views of the Albanais, Clergeon, and Montagne des Princes. Along the way: orchards, a short but punchy climb, and a delightful wooded setting.
Bonus : an old private stone bread oven just before arrival (no baking, but it smells of the land).
Not to miss : a little detour via the Jardins Secret if you ride between April and October.

???? ️ 4. The Clergeon XXL (Circuit 17 – Black)
- Distance : 42 km
- Elevation : +1450 m
- Duration : 4h30 or more
- Start date : Rumilly
Attention to fit calves (or well-charged electric mountain bikes): this circuit is tough. Very sporty, it offers long climbs, very technical descents, and breathtaking views. The start is in the historic center of Rumilly before tackling the ascent via the Bois de la Salle, towards Moye and the Clergeon ridges. At the top, it's a grand spectacle: panoramic views of the Rhône, the Grand Colombier, and even Mont Blanc if the sky is in a good mood. A downhill variation is available halfway through, otherwise head for the full loop with a detour (recommended) to the summit of Mont Clergeon.
To know : demanding but sublime, this route is a true concentration of wild Albanian.
