In a residential building located on a working farm, 55 m² gîte (+10 m² under the attic) located on the 1st floor with access from the parking lot by an internal staircase. Adjoining by this access with a second gîte and two year-round accommodations. On the 1st level, living room with fitted kitchen opening onto a lounge area (sofa, TV on cabinet). Dining table for 4 people. Access to private balcony. Upstairs under the attic: bedroom 1 (2 twin 90x200 cm beds, wardrobe, skylight) and bedroom 2 (2 90x190 cm beds, skylight). Shower room with sink on cabinet, shower, WC and washing machine.
Balcony on the 1st floor with garden furniture and deckchairs. Sheets are provided, beds made on arrival. End of stay cleaning possible as an option. Bathroom linen must be brought. Internet by wifi via Airbox 4G.
Parking in front of the building. Presence of a grocery store / tapas bar on the ground floor of the building on the street side, run by the owners. Farm with animals (cows, pigs, etc.).
