In a residential building located on a working farm, 37 m² gîte located on the 1st floor with access from the parking lot by an internal staircase. Adjoining by this access with a second gîte and two year-round accommodations. Access via living room with fitted kitchen opening onto a lounge area (sofa, TV on cabinet). Dining table for 2 people. Washing machine.
Bedroom 1 (140x190 cm bed, open wardrobe) with access to the bathroom without door (sink on cabinet, shower). Separate WC.
Balcony on the 1st floor with garden furniture and deckchairs. Sheets are provided, beds made on arrival. End of stay cleaning possible as an option. Bathroom linen must be brought. Internet by wifi via Airbox 4G.
Parking in front of the building. Presence of a grocery store / tapas bar on the ground floor of the building on the street side, run by the owners. Farm with animals (cows, pigs, etc.). Village center 850 m away, shops in Vallières 4,5 km away. Rumilly (leisure center) 9 km away. Les Jardins Secrets / Seyssel 11 km away, Gorges du Fier 18 km away. Skiing: Le Semnoz 33 km away.
