In a quiet and pleasant environment, 76m² apartment on the 1st floor of the owners' house located in the heart of Albanais, near Annecy. South facing. Independent entrance. Fitted kitchen (electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, microwave...) + storage room with washing machine, living room with sofa and armchairs, TV and balcony access (small table and 2 chairs), bedroom 1 with balcony access (140cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 180cm bed - or 2x90cm twin beds), shower room (sink, large walk-in shower/WC, heated towel rail). Sheets are provided, as well as towels, non-smoking accommodation. Courtyard, land with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, private parking. Annecy and its lake 14km away, Le Semnoz (hiking, snowshoeing, skiing) 25km away, lake, Rumilly leisure center 7km away. The owners also own another gîte in a neighbouring independent chalet (ref. 161007).
