Les Aillons-Margériaz are two resorts in one, less than an hour's drive from Rumilly:
- Aillons-Margériaz 1000 (1000 to 1600 m altitude):
Renowned for more experienced skiers, the resort has fairly steep slopes, including two of the steepest slopes in the Alps.
The village of Aillon-le-Jeune, at the foot of the slopes, has kept its Savoyard and authentic character with its “baujue” architecture. - Aillons-Margériaz 1400 (1400 to 1900 m altitude):
It is here that the ski area is the most important and accessible, with gentler slopes and wide pistes.
Beginners or experienced, Aillons-Margériaz is the ideal resort for those who want to ski "in peace" with family or friends. Lovers of large spaces, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Mont-Blanc and the surrounding massifs to practice all forms of skiing.
Alpine Skiing
40 km of slopes are available to you: 8 green, 22 blue, 6 red and 4 black.
In addition to this, the resort offers fun areas, including a Boarder cross, the Big air bag or the Ludik park. The latter, made up of 5 jumps and a slalom-type layout, is perfect for learning about small jumps and learning to master your balance. Space accessible to young and old alike.

Nordic area
Practice various Nordic activities with free access: cross-country skiing, Nordic walking or ski touring.
2 groomed trails are reserved for cross-country skiing. A third track is groomed for Nordic walking, white trail and fatbike (mountain bike with big tires on snow).
Snowshoe hiking routes around the resort also allow you to discover the Massif des Bauges at your own pace.
Sledge
To have fun in complete safety, a toboggan area is located on the Aillons-Margériaz 1000 domain.
It has a track for beginners and a steeper track for adults.
Good plan: it is even possible to test tobogganing at night on certain days during the holidays!
